speed sensor control
I read online that a tpi doesnt have a governor instead its this speed sensor. And to be able to go over 115 a guy put a switch on this wire going into the ecu and turned it off when ever he wanted to go that fast even tho it would turn the engine light on. Is this true? Does it work? And if so what wires are tthe ones i would put the switch into?

Re: speed sensor control
pin F on the vss buffer feeds a 2k optical signal to the ecm through a brown wire to pin A10 of the ecm. You will get a code 24 if you open the circuit while you are driving. You can also reprogram out the speed limiter by reprograming the memcal.

moates.net burn2 a G1 and some 27sf512 and download a copy of tuner pro. If you are going to stay with the same definition it would be $32B for 87 tpi.
