What ECM, etc, to run?

After some time with a carb, I am going back to the street with my car and want to return to efi.
I am working with a 1988 tpi 5 speed setup, wiring harness, etc... Maf cwr. ECM I have is a 259.

I am going to build a 355 and am shooting for around 425hp.
I am going to use a stealth ram.

I would like to keep it maf, but will consider a sd swap. I have never tuned an ECM or prom, but am willing to learn.

So my question(s) is, will this ECM support my plans? If not what should I go with? Should I keep it maf? Is there a better maf sensor to swap too?
