i have a 1988 camaro rs and i have replaced the fuel pump in it and it worked but then the next day the fuel pump wasnt pumping and i found a inline fuse burned and i put a new one in and it fried the fuse so i tracked the fuse wires to the computer and unplugged them and plugged them back in it doesnt burn the fuse nomore but now the fuelpump runs all the time even with the key off but it doesnt pump any gas whats wrong with it

I wrote a big spiel up, but my browser burned me. I'll try to get the info back in here.
How do you know it's not pumping fuel? Did you check rail pressure? Even if it has no rail pressure it could still be pumping fuel past a bad pressure regulator. You can clamp the rubber part of the return line and see if rail pressure suddenly appears to verify a bad pressure regulator. Usually though, you can spot one by fuel being present in the vacuum hose going to the regulator.
If it's truly not pumping fuel, it could be a dirty pickup sock/strainer, the output of the pump could have ruptured the pulsator thingy in the tank or it could have come apart in some way causing it to be unable to supply fuel to the rails.
There is also an external in-line fuel filter in front of the tank that could be plugged up.
Bad injectors could stop the ECM from pulsing them preventing fuel from getting past the injector. Plugged injectors is another possibility if junk got in line. VATS will stop injectors from pulsing also.
As far as the pump running all the time, either the relay or the Oil Pressure Switch could be stuck. They have power at all times, even with the key off.
