first off, i am embarking on the 411 swap. finishing up my harness now and comes the questions of alternator and a/c. i swapped to a cs-144 2 yrs ago. i want my pcm to fully control/ monitor it. now the a/c confuses me, i want my e fans to work as intended as they are set for my temps already. on some truck forums they say u have to use LS1 sensors to make it function. why cant the a/c pieces needed be scavenged from an express van? or can they?
