OK to run bigger injectors with Accel Gen7?

I was running Accel 48lb injectors on my TPI 350 when I had an 8lb supercharger running.

Now I'm removing the supercharger and wondering if this injector is going to be OK to use still? The engine is a pretty built up 350, 10.5:1 compression, AFR 195 heads, big plenum/runners/intake, headers. I have a wideband O2 running with my Accel Gen7 computer as well.

You can use anything from a 15# to a 160#, and as many as 16 of each.
However, unless your new combo is making 650+, it's just that the 48's aren't the optimum size. Sounds like you'd be better suited to 36's, maybe even 30's. But you can use them.

As long as you can adjust for the bigger injectors, so the ecm or whatever system you are using treats them like 22lbers

Yes he can do that but that's only one part of the equation. The injectors are too big for this application, it will effect running quality to some degree, no matter what system he has.
