Are the '89 VIN 8 ECM pigtails the same as the '91 TBI?

Engine: 5.7 w/Paxton
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.27
Are the '89 VIN 8 ECM pigtails the same as the '91 TBI?
Was thinking about picking up a set of these for testing purposes if they are the same. If anyone knows firsthand, please share. Thanks.

C3 ecm there the same connecter.

Confirmed...they are the same. Obviously some pins different here and there.
