I am looking into an accel 74040-a dfi kit that is for sale but im not sure what is required for a laptop or what software or hardware the setup will need. ive tried calling accel but they told me to call some custom shop in Florida and I have gotten no response from them either. any help would be appreciated.

It may not have datalogging software included. In that case I believe tunerpro-rt is a choice. There are others. Anything in stickies on that here or diy-prom?

 

You'll need a laptop that will run in Doss, not Windows. The software is available at www.accelnation.com
Although ahead of it's time in the 90's it's a challenging system to tune by todays standards.
