Code 41 - Do I need a memcal for 350 engine?

1986 LG4 Quadrajet
did yer typical 305 to 350 engine swap. used 350 knock sensor.

I'm seeing a code 41 (cylinder select error/memcal) and code 45(rich exhaust) and code 12 with engine running (no distributor reference pulse).

Do I need to swap the 305 memcal for 350 version? The whole ecm is from my lg4 305. Getting mixed answers searching the threads here. If you could help guide me on what to check next that'd really help me out. I feel I'm at the end of the line here. Thanks.

No MEMCAL needed if you can make changes to the bin. If not, then will need to adjust several things or get a 350 version. But don't believe that's causing what you are seeing. Something is not hooked up right in the engine compartment if all you did is change one V8 for another. Check all grounds if any were changed.
