Code 42 Grimlin

Okay I got a new camaro and worked all weekend on it, it finally threw a code 42 at me so I changed the coil and distributor. (both were original to the car.) Car runs amazing right now, but the code 42 wont go away and im stumped.

Im also only getting 13 mpg on the interstate so im definitely running rich, but other then that im stumped. The car literally runs probably the best it ever has in its life plenty of throttle response and idles perfectly. I dont know why im still getting the code 42. Any Ideas guys?
