Help reading ALDL log: Car lacks power and occasionally misses

My car is starting and idling okay, with an occasional slight miss, and when driving it feels very restricted. Something seems very off. Car is a 1990 Iroc TPI

Here is a datalog from my OBD1 port. Things look fishy all over.

I was idling, and occasionally reving it for a second. The TPS reads fine when KOEO. Seems low when engine is on

1: At idle, the ecm is showing 2200 RPM (its really 700-800ish)
2: The Manifold Air Temp is sometimes jumping to -20 or -30
3: The Left O2 Cross counts stays around 140, then goes to 0.
4: The Coolant Temp stays at a constant 132.8. It would sometimes change while idling, but as soon as it jumped back to 132.8 the miss would appear again.
5: Seemingly High knock count?
6: AC clutch fluctuating between on/off. I never touched the controls.

Does this sound like a bad engine ground, or bad ECM?

Re: Help reading ALDL log: Car lacks power and occasionally misses

I thought the max BLM was 160, but yours is over 200 for the majority of the log. If the BLM is really in the 200s, or even far above 128, the car is running lean, which, I believe, could be why its misfiring. It would also explain why it feels restricted, at least, in my experience. I think overly-lean mixtures can cause predetonation, or pinging, which would explain the knock count.

Woops. Sorry guys. I had the wrong ADX file loaded. Used the correct 7730 one and everything looks okay. BLM sits at 130 and Integrator at 128. O2 bounces between rich and lean, engine temp looks correct.

Im fairly certain i have a clogged cat.

Careful... this only confirms the driver side is functioning properly as the O2 sensor is only on that side. If the other side is malfunctioning, the ECM won't know about. ECM is blind to the passenger side.

If you're misfiring, start checking passenger side spark plugs, wires, injectors, compression tests, etc.
