Need Help on ECM 7730 Tuning

I have a 91 camaro v6 3.1L, i currently have a tune done by John Wayne, im look to further progess this tuning by understanding my car more myself. The car runs fantastic, with the exception of 5000rpm face plants?...The car ran fine for a long time and pulled to 6000rpm no problem then over time as it built a learning curve for itself it started to fall to 5500 and now to 5000rpm sometimes 4000-4500 in 3rd gear around 90mph or so and again at 110+ in 4th..Here is the current Main Spark Advance john did for me off of a 7727 ECM.. . It stops at 39+ degrees timing and 4400rpm.

I took his design and stretch to it 7000rpm and this is what happened. . Now i did flaten it out some but only little. I havent touched anything about 5600rpm, but if you look it spikes to over 83 degrees in timing.
I guess im trying to ask how much timing is too much?

Here is a modified version of the factory 7730 ecm tune, took me 12 hours to get it to this cause it was so hilly and stupid..

All images are also attached incase the add picture links dont work.

Here is some copies of the initial base timing that was done, for some reason he has the base timing set at 9.8 degrees instead of the 14 i told him which is weird. Also i have attached the Injector BPW that he loaded in, which seems to be incorrect for the bosch gen 3 injectors that i have.
Below is his settings for: BPW offset vs Battery Voltage, Main Volumetric Efficiency, a multi display of other settings, and a power enrichment table.

If you told him you wanted 14* as your spark reference and he has it at 9.8*, where do you have your distributor in relation with your balancer, is it at the 14* you wanted or the 9.8* he gave you? What do you mean the ECM did a learning curve? Are you saying it once pulled to 6000-RPM fine for a long time, but since then has increasingly fallen short without changing anything in the tune? That sounds more like a mechanical issue, how is your fuel pressure and injector ohm? What kind of ignition are you running; plugs, wires, coil, module?

MSD blaster coil, ngk iridium plugs with proper gap, stock igniton module that has been replaced and still no effect. Yes the engine use to pull fine to 6000rpm same tune no changes now it just falls short, im leaning towards fuel pressure just havent had time to check, the bosch gen 3 19lb injectors are kinda pushing the limits of the fuel pump anyways (stock)..Distributor has been rebuilt, i also have the DIY msd wires 500ohm/ft. But nothing has fixed the 5000rpm face plant..also in neutral if you hold it to the floor it will hit 6k and bounce a couple time and settle at 5200rpm but never rev past that.

Not sure what you did here, but if you didn't change the actual ECM firmware and just stretched the table in the XDF, that won't work.
