Code 22 33 and 36

So I was changing out my thermostat and while putting it back together I accidentally touched ground to my alternator. Now I'm having a code 22, 33 and code 36. The car idles like normal but when I took it for a spin the car revs go from normal to low back and forth when I'm not on the gas
