ECM question...

does pulling the ECM fuse out of the fuse box for a while clear the codes..or do i have to disconnect the battery cable?

neither. You can pull the fuse up at the battery. It is next to the battery on ther radiator support on my 87 GTA. Just follow the wires coming off the postive battery terminal.

You SURE that is the ECM fuse?

i know where you are talking about and that is the FUEL PUMP INLINE FUSE and most cars

I'm positive.

Look at your Helm wiring diagram. That fuse powers the MAF, FP, Burnoff relay and ECM.

it is probably diff on my IROC.....the wiring is a little diff
