i can't find the tech section anymore so i thought to post here. What is the problem and how do i fix?

Transmission: 4L80E
Axle/Gears: Strange 12-bolt
Electronic Spark Timing (EST) circuit. This code is set when the ECM does not receive any pulses from the ignition module for more than 200 milliseconds, indicating a fault either in the module itself, or a problem in the harness.
