Haltech Platinum Sport Standalone ECU

Im planning on swapping my 305 TBI out and putting a 350 TPI in i have seen this ECU would be very versatile for multiple applications and easily tuned. Can anyone help shed some light on this topic and show the pros and cons of installing this?

I guess I'm not sure why you'd need that over a standard 7730 ECU. The 7730 is so well understood, with the right tuning equipment, for a TPI application it's tuneability is just as good as anything out there IMO.
