As stated, I just finished my ECM swap. I followed the pin out to a T, even though my wires were different colors. I installed the new relays as stated and now the car won't run without keeping my foot in it.
Tuned Performance did my ECM 2 years back and I planned on installed headers, EGR block off and CSI block off also, but am waiting on the CSI block off before I remove the intake.
Any help would be greatly appreciated in this endeavor.
Thanks!

I'm getting a code 33 after the new install, which is MASS signal voltage too high.
Any help is appreciated.

code 33 deals with the MAF...
i believe the 85 has a different MAF output than 86 - 89 so was that part of your swap? if so double check the MAF wiring
also you could unplug the MAF and while you will get a code it should at least run in SD back up mode
