I was trying to download the latest version of Calmap for my Gen 7 setup.

What happened to it? I now get redirected to Holley and the have no software support for Accel programs. What gives?

Holley bought Accel, and then discontinued most (if not all) Accel products it seems. Might be worth a call to their (Holley) support number.

 

Whats funny is that I was able to find it about a week ago and downloaded it to an old laptop. No serial port for my cable.

Problem now is that I cant find it again.

Guess a call to Holley is in order.

If they can't help you, which they probably won't, I have master CD copies of the software for all Accel boxes, Gen 7, Thruster and wideband controller. $25.00.

As mentioned, I have all of the Gen 7 software available on a CD. I had the master software copied.

 

Do you specifically have the version 6.1.5 Calmap SW?
Reason I ask is that the only guy that still supports Accel DFI Gen7 repair (ex-Accel DFI employee before the Holley acquisition and resultant dumping of all stuff Accel DFI - they kept the MSD business) state that this is the version to use with the integrated communication cable/key version for USB. The 6.1.6 supposedly has too many bugs to be viable.

If you have the 6.1.5 then I am interested.

Single CD will be just the base 6.1.5 software. The master has a few more things as well as the software for the Accel wideband controller and Thruster system

 

Well, my buddy has the Accel Wideband unit and also the Accel ignition box, so probably should get the "master" version.

I am also looking for Gen7 soft ware . Need to drag my pig out of retirement. Between my dinosaur laptop dieing and now searching internet for days of hope of a download somewhere. Hi Efiguy, I would like to get a copy of the thruster software on cd if possible. One guy said the 6.1.5 was best version to go for and you mention the master software has many features. I'd like to get whichever is best for me.

 

6.1.5 is for Gen 7 only. There were only 2 versions of the Thruster, 1.1.1 and 1.1.2. Pm me and we can talk more about it.

Hi efiguy, I just had my Accel dongle / usb key failed. I have DFI Gen 7 Version 5.0.2.
I am looking for either another dongle / USB key or DFI Gen 7 Version 6.1.5
I have computer model 77048
I have run this for many years until my USB key failed in the last 2 weeks.
Possible to get this from you?
