code 36 troubleshooting 87 ta
ran through troubleshooting tree on chevy thunder does not make sense blk pin f on burn relay with key on probed to 12v shows voltage. repair is to repair short in that wire . if it was shorted it would show 12v unplugged from ecu it does not. can someone clarify?

F of the burnoff relay should be a ground controlled bye the ecm.
