OBD Code 12
Hi every one , I have this 91 TPI bird and it consume fuel like hell with fuel smell and black smoke , rough idling lately and than only crank without start this morning , I did the paperclip trick to read any codes and only code 12 displayed over and over with no any other codes... Do I have a bad ECU ? Thanks for all ...

You just don’t have any codes. Leaking injectors (multecs) . Rip in the fpr diaphragm , bad tps, Map sensor or cts all possibilities. Could be flooded right now, cranking floored might clear it up.
