'7060 PCM problem (1991 G30)

1991 G30 van,5.7/4L80E:recently bought this van-runs ok,very drivable, but soft throttle response, exhaust sound a little "off".CEL on as soon as engine starts, pulled codes and got about 20 fault codes when A-B jumpered,CEL will often flicker as fuel pump relay and EGR valve chatter intemittantly-when this occurs, code sequence restarts at 12.Power to PCM is steady and no wiring problems found in the van.Took the PCM apart for a look and all looks good, though I did"reflow"all the soldered harness plug connections with no improvement.Pretty sure a PCM replacement will be needed-just wondering if there is anything outside the PCM I should check or if anyone has fixed a '7060 whith this condition

Got another PCM and that fixed it-now just need to correct the small-cap dizzy ozone buildup problem(will make another thread for that) and all will be well under the doghouse
