89 firebird 350 TPI ECM

Code 43: I’m not getting 5v to my knock sensor and checked all the wiring associated and it’s all good. I need a ECM SKU 88999194 or GM 19367537. I’m having issues trying to get a ECM does anyone have any advice on this topic?

That has a aftermarket tune, the memcal should have a sticker under the blue cover on the prom with 3-4 letters. Proms rarely fail.

There is no letters on this memcal at all unfortunately. The SES light (code 43) is intermittent. After resetting battery to whipe out all codes and light, it comes back on after numerous starts. At the knock sensor connector plug I’m getting 2.3v and I checked all associated wiring and no open or shorts. Book says bad ECM and if that doesn’t fix it that the MEMCAl could be drawing down voltage?
