Prom got fried on my 1988 iroc what are my options?

What's up guys, I need some help. I either have to change the ecu which I could use either a 165 or a 122 but I would need the prom to be a ABYA 5400 or an alternative. Let me know what suggestions you guys may have.

The ecm fails more often than a prom. Are you getting a code 41 or 51 ?
