need help, trying again

Hello i have a 82 trans-am 305 crossfire injection, some times it idles good most times not and runs terrible going down the road, computers says code 44, some times code 35, and 45, and some time the computer says nothing at all, except the 12 code, Ive check or replaced all sensors on the car, check the fuel pressure holds a stedy 9 lbs, return line says 6 lbs, book says 9 to 13 lbs on the pressure side, for the crossfire inj. syst.
replaced dis. cap, wires plugs, rotor, coil,
o2 sensor, map sensor, tci sensor, fuel pump relay, check vacum hoses, checked wire conections, checked all the other sensors they said good. checked connection on the computer, look like new, should i replace the computer or the e-prom or both??
