blm cell counts
I was wondering if an expert(like grumpy) could explain in detail the blm cell counts?I have devoured all info I could find on blm cells from mutiple sites.I know alot but would like a better understanding,if possible.

You obviously haven't searched very hard on this board on "BLM". This has been explained quite a bit in the past.
The "cell number" itself, means nothing. Different ECMs have have a different number but for 165/730s, there are 4 rows and 4 columns making a total of 16 cells. It looks a lot like a "tic tac toe" board.
The Row Boundary is based by RPMs and the Column Boundary is based by MAF flow (for MAF) and MAP Kpa (for SD). The goal is to modify the boundary thresholds to utilize as many of the cells as possible.
If you do further "searches" you will find a little bit more explained, because I have discussed this before.
