Help Repinning For 7730

Hi all,
Just got my 7730 ecm and ready to start repinning but am stumped on one part:
My 87 T/A came w/electronic speedo sender due to gigital dash,
I saw this on a Michal davis web site:
BB9 (VSS Low - NOT USED with Buffered VSS on pin BC6!)
BB10 (VSS Hi - NOT USED with Buffered VSS on pin BC6!)
BB11 (VSS output 4000ppm - NOT USED with Buffered VSS on pin BC6!)BB12 N/C
BC1 (VSS output 2000ppm - NOT USED with Buffered VSS on pin BC6!)
Upon mailing him he said i should just hook those 4 wires up,
but where do they go? all to b6?

Any help very much appreciated.

This ain't written in stone because I don't have the 87 diagram in front of me. But, take your two VSS wires you had originally and put them to B9 (purple) and B10 (yellow), then B11 goes to the dash or speedometer and C1 is for the cruise control. I believe you will have some screwy things going on though cause the 87 used 2000 ppm and the 90 used 4000 ppm, not sure on that. So the speedo may be off or the scanner may be off, or both. And, the new ones are magnetic instead of optical but that can be changed in the prom and most editors have a parameter for it.

Doh, forgot to mention that the new ones dont use a buffer, the sensor goes directly form the tranny to the ecm. Don't know if that makes a difference. In any case it's been done before so a search may reveal all your answers.

Thanks hectorsn,
You are a very helpful person on this board - need more like you.
I did some searching on it and it seems you are right about the colors and pin address,i should be able to get something to happen w/that.

Thanks again.
