the pulse width is about 1.8 ms at idle and increases to 4. someting when accelerating hard but after letting of completely the pulse width will go to 0.0 for a good 5-10 seconds. What is going on with that? Also, my 02 readings fluctuate from 100-800 range all the time. It's a real quick kinda thing where they are always just fluctuationg in that range. Is this normal?

1.8 ish at idle is fine.
You can see PWs as long as 20 msec depending on what your doing.

0.00 on deccleration, means you've hit the DFCO. Deccleration Fuel Cut Off.

The ecm toggles the AFR across 14.7:1, it doesn't try to maintain a 14.7:1 AFR. So you'll see the O2 voltage flucuate.

What about the O2 cross counts . . . I can just watch that number go higher and higher. There is a count about every second or half a second. Is this normal? And my car is staying in closed loop once it warms up, I thought it was suppost to go to open loop at WOT. What voltage is needed for it to go to open loop at WOT? Thanks

Yes, you should see the cross counts gradually rising.

WOT is a special mode, while the various scanners don't report a change in loop status, it does go open loop at WOT.

There are several perameters for going closed loop.
