What program did everyone use before Craig Moates?

What program did everyone use before Craig Moates?

Did you guys mainly use free ones or did you use teh ones that cost money? Craig is a great guy but his program freezes up too much on me. it sucks having to reboot it and all that. also could you post any links to the websites.


On another note Craig have you released a latest version of your program lately? I am mostly using the 851.

852 I think is the latest. It won't fix freezing though. I don't know what causes that...

In the beginning, there was darkness. Moates said "Let there be data" and there was data. And Moates saw that it was good.

(with apologies to Genesis chapter 1)

But seriously, there's not much else for free/cheap. Andy Whittaker has a Windows-based freeware scanner that talks to '165-based MAF cars, and there's Diacom for major $$.
