Hesitation

Hesitation under load

Ok, I have finally been able to get my motor to idle, run and have top end rpms. Now I have a hesitation at 3-4K. What you touch first. FUEL or TIMING?

Are your blm's at 128 or pretty close 132 - 124?
If so then i would try the acceleration enrichment table.
