Valid values for "Road Speed Constant" ?

I've got a VSS thats a different pulse width than a normal TPI. I have to keep it for the speedo and the tranny ECM. the "Road Speed Constant" value is originally set to 4007. What it is currently set at to work with my VSS is 115,200 but it reads about 3 mph slower per 20mph that I'm actually going so I need to adjust it to a slightly lower number but found with TunerCat, it will not save it at a slightly lower value.
I'll enter in something like 115000 and click "Save", then close the window and open the constant tables back up and its still at 115200.
Are there certain values that this field can only be set at?? I can change it back to 4007 without a problem.
Thanks
