Im sorry, this is about my suburban not a camaro. I have a 94 K1500 Suburban which I am dropping a 383 into. It has TBI. The problem is I cant find scannig software anywhere which will work with it. I have a 16186935 computer (Im pretty sure that is the correct number going off of memory here). I have tried WinALDL. The problem is I have no pin E in my ALDL port but I do have a pin M which I take to mean I have an 8192 baud rate. So I figured what the heck Ill give moates software a try but it didnt work. And yes I made the cable coprrectly. I had schematics for a cable that would work with both 160 and 8192 baud rates. I need to try and find some scanning software though so I can see what it is doing. I would prefer free or cheap being I have dumped all of my money into buying parts for my motor. But if I have to buy it I will but what would you guys recmmend. I have asked all over the place and at most of the other truck forums I go to they didnt even know you could tune your own chips so they were no help. Thanks
