In TunerCat what to set %TPS EGR on and %TPS EGR off to in $6E bin??

In TunerCat what to set %TPS EGR on and %TPS EGR off to in $6E bin??
to disable egr function? I dont see a place to set the mat on temp to 254 and I dont know how to edit hex code........
