Cable unit to connect to eprom

Whats the best place to get the cable, or on desk unit to start burning my own eproms? I have a 1991 camaro, and I would also like to attempt to do this on my 1993 s10. I am thinking of using the tunercat program. Thanks :hail:

Go to the announcement at the top of this board and read Traxions guide. In his guide you will find a link to xtronics pocket programer. I am using it with AT29C256 eePROMS and it works great. You can get the eePROMS from Graig Motes. And don't forget you'll need a ZIF to ECM setup to plug the chips in easier. Good luck

Software to d/l the BIN to your laptop is on Craig Moates' page (see sticky at top) as well as links to cable mfg's...

I use an AKM cable...(Beware of cheap rip-offs)...

I also use Tunercat...I have a hard time keeping up with all the updates...
