Basic TBI tuning questions for the masters...

Alright, just a few questions for everyone, but here is my setup first. I've got a 355 with stock heads and a mild cam. 1 5/8" headers going into a 3 inch exhaust.

EGR is currently disabled.

I've been adjusting and adjusting BLM's then, locked that, and began to adjust the VE tables via INT using the formula New_VE=Old_VE X (1+(INT-128)X.0034)).

The questions:

1. Why is it that the longer I run WinALDL the leaner all of my BLM's get? What causes that? How do I correct for it in my programming? I literally watched my BLM's climb from a rock constant 127.7 to numbers around 132.9. The only tables I've messed with so far have been the VE 1 + 2 tables in TC. Which other tables should I be changing (I'm assuming the lean condition may be coming from temperature increase(?)

2.The majority of my INT values are decent e.g. 127 to 130 (I'm going to try to get everything closer to the 127 mark). Does this mean that the rest of my tuning (of the VE tables) should come from the BLM table?

3.Power Enrichment mode tuning: When I get my part throttle tuning finished (if it ever happens ) What should I monitor when I begin to tune PE mode? Also, what tables in TC should I look at as well as any formulas that I should use?

4. Why do some of my cells register so much knock (spark counts)? I've got some cells that are showing counts of 266 when the BLM in that cell is showing 125 or another cell showing 253 where the BLM is averaging about 129 to 130 (the knock is read at a MAP reading in between to BLM cells). Could a lot of these be false knock readings?

My main question right now is really #1. It seems as if I could sit here and look at these tables, take all the data, change it, and then merely end up starting off real rich and leaning down to 14.7 instead of the position I'm in now which is pretty much starting out at 14.7 and leaning out anyways. I've burned like 10 chips only looking at the part throttle fuel tables but still run into the same conditions just not as badly, thats why I seem to think I'm missing something.

Thanks in advance,
Puzzled Mike

Build a DIY-WB.
Burn a chip with the Closed Loop Temp enable set to 255.
Start making changes to the VE tables to get the AFR at idle and light cruise to 14.7.

then burn a chip with the C/L enabled, and fine tune from there.
Then work on WOT.

Ignore the cells, and don't obsess on 128s.
