Fuel-Air Value in Datamaster ?

This value is always at 445 when in closed-loop, but varies when in open loop or in PE mode.
What are these values telling me? I suspect anything higher than 445 is rich and anything below would be lean??
Or is this the targeted Fuel-Air value the ECM is trying to adjust to?

Sounds like our looking at the O2 voltage.
The ecm applies a small volatage (.445-.5) to the O2, and as it wakes up it generates enough current and voltage to change this value. Over it is like you noted rich, and less lean.
