Trying to tune out the idle hunting of an LT4 hot cam in a 8746 TBI computer. I knew the lobe separation was pushing it but what do I adjust to keep the idle from hunting all over the place. It drops low enough that if the AC comes on at the same time it will stall then other times it's running over 1200 rpm.

Have you tried adjusting the stall saver cut in/out RPM? Maybe try zeroing out the stall saver IAC steps vs. MAP and see what it does.
How much timing are you running at idle? Maybe you need more.
I hope someone can try and explain all the O2 sensor stuff. I've read all the papers and tried a bunch of different things but I still don't understand most of the tables involved. I'm sure they are key to my friends surging problems I've been trying to work out.
