One quick question

What does the number in the VE vs. RPM vs. MAP table represent?
I understand that changing this number increases fuel supply. I assume that if I increase the number, the fuel supply will increase.
Am i correct?

The number stands for VE as expressed by percentage. THe higher the number the more fuel.
