Adding EFI to my BLOWER quick QUESTION

Im *most likelly* getting the HOLLEY Throttle Body Injection Setup (commander 950 TBI) to sit on top of my blower. First however, Im going to use it in a N/A format without the blower to get a *feel* for using holley's software to tune it.

My question is simple, how would one such as I with a EFI system such as this maximize the potential for GAS Mileage?

I understand you can run lots of timing and run lean on the highway with little / no load, but to what extent? how lean can I go? How much timing? Does this create more heat than normal? what sorts of things can I do to help my cause... basically I want to stretch the limits of throttle body injection for gas mileage.

Now, another question... Is the Multi point injection system a LOT better than TBI for gas mileage? or only a *little* better? I've heard on a Dyno Holley only made an average of 10 more horsepower with the multi point setup, but nothing on fuel economy.... Information from reliable sources here would be beneficial to my goals. Any / all opinions / facts would help too! heh.

the sig shows my engine, the 355, just basically a mild small block with (currently without) a blower...
