There are alot of terms see over and over and still don't know what they mean.
Whats a ARAP bin? is it OEM?
165 ?

How do the above relate with my setup below?
My PCM is a 16197427
GM part number 16200098
BCC=BJYL0099
scan id=0345
5.7liter
95 Suburban 4WD auto GT4(3.73)
Thanks for any help!!

From what I recall, the ARAP bin is for the '89 TPI MAF cars with the 7165 ECM and $6E definition file. It was some sort of "hopped up" GM bin that they used for their magazine tests. I think it had a bit more spark advance and a few other minor tweaks. It isn't applicable to your truck since you don't have a 7165 ECM. Check www.tunercat.com for a list of different ECMs and their associated definition file for your year. Then you can start looking for bin files that will work for you.
Hope this helps,
Stephen

Thanks Steve. Is there an equivalent bin (ARAP) for my truck? My guess would be no, Who hot rods a 5500 pound vehicle, except me!!
I've got a JET chip from my 87 TBI truck that had the same motor in it' and it ran like a bat out of hell!! could I use the timing and fuel tables from that bin to modify the 95 PCM?
Thanks for your help
