no O2 data when using winALDL program

no O2 data when using winALDL program
I just got into prom burning and I am using winALDL scan program with my laptop to log sensor data. Everything works accept I am not logging any o2 data. The web site I got it from said that o2 data should start logging after starting my car. Could the hypertect prom I have in the ECU cause this?
