Possible to program LG4 prom?

Is it at all possible to program an LG4 ECM? The reason I ask is because I am using the stock LG4 ECM with my 400.

I wouldnt recommend it. While it does work fine with my 400, i am sure i am losing power due to using an LG4 fuel map and spark curve. Plus the quadrajunk carb is not my favorite...
