Is it the $32BUA.ecu file? Cause everytime I try to open up a bin file in Winbin I get this error on my Windows 2000 machine:

"Run-time error '8002': Invalid Port Number

Am doing something wrong? I select the BIN file, then I select the $32BUA.ecu file. Then I hit the "Edit File". Right?

I have to click "view file" button, let it open a small window, close that window, and then click "edit file". Dont know why. Also, i cant hav ANYTHING else open (internet, excell, etc) when workin with winbin. also dont know why. May also be a problem using it with win2000, nut sure. mine is on win98. Good luck

BTW, the .ecu file i use is 32Bv001.ecu. not sure if its better or worse then the buaecu tho.

Winbin is funny like that. I had the same problem. if your ECU file sometimes doesnt correctly match a bit for whatever reason, you get that error.

You may also want to consider $6E. Somethings are better, some are not. But It is working for me until I go with a 730/749 setup.
