I'm sure there is a source for this, but I can't seem to locate one.

Is there a location that has the information as to what bin is on what year car. For example, if I wanted to know what bin file an automatic 90 vette has in it, were would I go?

no but if you call the dealer they wil be able to give you the BCC which is the same thing you just asked us. if that dont works try a shop with mitchelss on demand DVD it has BCC by model year make etc etc etc.
