High Idle

I've searched and either missed or havent found my problem.

My car likes to idle around 2000 RPM in closed loop right now. What would I change to control the idle. I know its comp controlled because my mechanic and I have adjusted the IAC all over the place, with no success.

I'd like to go for a nice 700 RPM idle or so.

Lower the Idle O2 voltage bias to like 30 mv or 0mv like me, and limit the max IAC counts. Also reduce the amount of pulse width added with each IAC step. Increase the IAC retract delays.

Do you have any Vacumm leaks? Have you tried the IAC/TPS adjustments as listed in the Tech articles on this site?
