APYU vs ARAP

Hi...

I've searched all over the Web about these codes and find alot about the ARAP but nearly nothing about the APYU code.

What are the diffrence between these?

ARAP: for vette, Highwaymode, aggresive timing....

APYU: ?????

Is their any reason NOT to start with APYU? I mean both are $6E code.

/N.

To my knowledge, APYU was used in an actual production vehicle, whereas ARAP was not.

If you're running an auto transmission, I'd stick w/ ARAP just to be using code with some knowledge/experience out there.

If you're running an auto transmission...
Quick question,
What if he was running a manual transmission??

I used APYP briefly when I swapped in the T56, but shortly afterward I switched to speed density.

That's the situation that I'm in. I just put a T56 this summer. Is the APYP for a manual trans corvette? or am I wrong?

thanks, kevinc

APYP was listed for manual trans Vette application, no cold start injector,

You have to turn on the highway mode on the ARAP anyway.
You can start with what you have, nothing wrong with that. Thats actually what I am using now, with changes.
