I have sent like 4 emails wanting to buy a pocket programmer and no reply in like 1 month. Just wanted to know if anyone deals with them and is their customer service always this bad? If it is imagine having a programmer and wanting to ask a question and waiting for a reply.

I know they are a small based company and that replies are sometimes slow but 1 month come on.

Guess they don't want to sell their stock!

 

over the holidays they tend not to be in. my advice to you is to grab the phone and give them a call person to person. its also very possiablke that there email isnt working correctly or your email isnt working correctly. grab the phone give them a call.
