Ok I have a 92 camaro Rs with Tuned port injection. I am running a 730 ecm and a cable from customefis.com I have the two transistor cable. I have tried Winaldl, Carbytes, and craig moates software along with a few others but with no luck. I am running a micron PC with windows ME on it. I just need to know if anyone has had any luck hookin up to thier 730 and if so what steps did you take to get this working? Do you have to use a 10k resistor to put it in to diagnosis mode? What software is the best to use with the 730? and just one more, I checked and the wire goin from A8 on my harness is going to Pin E on the aldl connector (the orange wire) does that sound right? what am i doin wrong??

I use Data Master on my 7730 ($8D), & the AKM build your own cable (http://www.akmcables.com/ic.htm) & it works great. I got my Data master through him & got a little $ off of the list price.
