VSs pulse divisor and Road Speed Constant

I guess these two items are completely useless in speedometer calibration. At least for the dash speedometer. I did about 10 runs with different values for both the divisor and the constant and the only thing I noticed is that when you change the divisor to ANYTHING other then 0 it will make the speedo read 15mph when u're really going about 75. Other that that... NO change whatsoever.
