Where to start?

Ok, so I have finally hooked my car up to the Moates software and did a little bit of data logging.

If any of you remember how bad my car drove at the track just after I got it, will remember the horrid 15.4 1/4 mile I got out of it.
That time slip can be located at:
https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=171316

A little bit of timing and the other night I ran doorhandle to doorhandle with a new style Mustang GT from a roll. From what I read, these cars are 14.0-14.2 in the 1/4, but I am not seeing where I got 1.2 seconds faster. Either I, A) Can't launch the TA worth crap (which is very likely), B) The car needed a TON of timing since it was 8 degrees retarded! Now it is 8 degrees advanced, C) A combination of both, or D) The Mustang GT wasn't racing , this was very unlikely also because when I shut it down, the 'stang flew right by me ***** style.

However, after datalogging a bit, my BLM's are 150! Now, I have heard of BAD BLM's of 140 or so, but I have NEVER seen 150.

Here is a link to the data log.

Where should I start with this thing? Thanks.
