Still waiting to be able to burn my own proms
I ordered all the components I felt I needed to get this done 3-4 weeks ago and the only thing to come was the kit from Craig Moates which btw was shipped lightning fast.
Im still waiting on my ALDL cable to run on my laptop and I ordered a Futurlec programmer which hasnt arrived either.
My GTA still sits in the driveway collecting cobwebs, it drives but runs like crap, running rich SES light contiuously lit up, fan running constantly. Maybe someday I can do something about this
Anyways props to Craig Moates!

My programmer from Futurlec came in about three weeks after I ordered it. Shipped from Austrailia!!! Anyway, I had problems with the software and with the connecting of the unit to my PC OS... Got pissed and smashed the programmer with a ball bat to "cure it". <--- Got the idea from watching Office Space.
Now I have a PP2 and have had no problems. Perhaps it heard the tales of the L-ville Slugger!
Anyway, with the fans on all of the time and running rich, it sounds as if you're in limp mode. Perhaps your woes could be cured as easy as replacing a sensor somewhere. Is there any one sensor that can force the car into limp mode by itself??? Temp sending unit perhaps???
