air fuel value in datamaster

air fuel value in datamaster
my air fuel value on data master always reads 449.....is this supposed to do this? my car is running like crap right now and needs a ton of tuning so i know that the readings shoulnt be that stable. also, which reading on datamaster is the BLM'? there is like a short term, long term and something else....which one do i want to be 128?

Long term is BLM
Short term is INT
I'm not sure about the "air fuel value" as the number doesn't pop out at me as anything meaningful. Does it describe this value any other way?
